I was sad to learn of the recent passing of Rob Hinds, one of the riders set to ride next weekend at Ride for the 96.

Rob tragically died whilst riding the Bay Cycle Way ride, from Walney Island to Glasson Docks. He died doing something he loved, riding his bike and raising money for charity.

Rob was a staunch Liverpool supporter, keen cyclist and overall a family man who loved his family and friends dearly.

The organisers of the Bay Cycle Way ride are going to be holding an event in memory of Rob, and I will be sure to share the details of that ride as soon as they become available.

Rest in Peace Rob, You’ll Never Ride Alone.
