Felt great this morning before I went out, and started running at my usual medium pace of around 9m30 / mile.

Soon I had to slow down as I didn’t feel right. My legs felt like they had nothing in them and were heavy, my heart rate was around 15-20 bpm higher than it normally would be, I felt light headed, I couldn’t get a steady breathing pattern going, and my shoulders felt all tight. Really weird. Don’t feel ill or anything. Suspect I may have been a bit dehydrated as sweat tasted rather salty. So drinking lots now I’m back.
