I’ve been doing too much cycling above my anaerobic threshold, and in order to build up the miles in time to be prepared for April, I’ve needed to adjust strategy. Namely slow down and keep my HR around or below 75% of maximum.

This will enable me to go much longer in the saddle.

Unfortunately my cadence sensor was playing up again today giving erratic readings then toward the end of the ride it just packed up completely. Need to look at it…
