Yesterday was crazy busy. Just way too much on. Didn’t have enough time to get out on the bike.
In these sort of times you have to just do what little you can when you can.
So whilst working late last night, during one 9 track album project, between every track I just banged out 30 pushups and 10 squats.
Not much, but enough to make me feel like I’d done something (and help me justify a pint afterwards!)
